Imagine This was founded in 1998 by Guy Singleton, with a simple but powerful belief: that home technology should be designed properly, installed with care, and supported for the long term.
More than 25 years on, that belief remains at the heart of everything we do. We are a family-run business, and that shapes the way we work — with honesty, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to every client we take on.
From our offices in Kent and London, we have delivered projects across the UK and beyond — from luxury apartments in The Shard to Grade I listed country estates, from MDU developments to yachts. We've worked in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Buckinghamshire and Wiltshire, as well as further afield in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
We are, first and foremost, engineers. Every system we design is built on sound technical principles — not guesswork, not corner-cutting, and never a one-size-fits-all approach.
We believe that great home technology should be almost invisible. When it's designed and installed properly, it simply works — reliably, elegantly and intuitively. Poor design is the enemy of a great home: it creates frustration, complexity and systems that clients end up ignoring.
That's why we invest so heavily in training and certification. Our team holds accreditations from CEDIA, THX, ISF, Lutron, Crestron, Kaleidescape, HAA, Trinnov and more. We are IET-registered, CSCS-qualified and PRINCE2-certified. This isn't window dressing — it means our clients can have complete confidence in the quality and compliance of our work.
We use only the most reliable products, from brands such as Crestron and Lutron, to deliver outstandingly clever, yet easy-to-use systems.
